GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Coordinates and develops community linkages in support of the Job Corps program.  Supervises and provides substantive support to Work-Based Learning Specialist, Service Learning and the Career Development Services System. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors's Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications or Liberal Arts area are required and five years experience working in public relations, new media or educational field required.ORAssociates's Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications or Liberal Arts is required and seven years experience working in public relations, new media or educational field required.ORHigh School Diploma or GED equivalency and eleven years experience in Public Relations, Communications, News Media or Community Development required. SUBSTITUTION:  Education and experience above high school level may be combined to meet the minimum requirements for this position.  One year of college education may be substituted for two years of Job Corps experience or experience in a similar area. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES: A valid driver's license.
