GENERAL FUNCTION:

Manages and coordinates all activities related to the Career Development Services System. Maintains quality control responsibility for determining when students are ready to graduate and for student transition from the Center training environment into post-Center support services. Establish linkages with Job Corps Centers, support services agencies, potential employers, educational and training entities, and One-Stop Centers.   Ensures graduating students are matched with placement opportunities in the workplace, the military, or further education and training for which they qualify.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor Degree and three years experience in social work, marketing, education or related area. Four years of case management experience with strong administrative and organizational skills.

A valid Regular Driver License is required.
